Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2. Entries are limited to a maximum of one application per household.

3. Closing date for online entry is midnight on the 30/10/2010. No online entries will be accepted after this date.

4. Written entries can be completed on the day of the exhibition by visiting the Classico Production's stand, using an official entry form. Closing time for this will be 4pm.

5. The prize is £5,000 worth of entertainment and production equipment provided by Classico Productions. Classico Productions will arrange a meeting, during which and in consultation with the Classico's Events Director, the winner will be able to select their desired equipment. Examples include; discotheques (with DJ), audio & video equipment, fabric backdrops, lighting, staging and dance floors.

6. The prize is as stated and there are no cash or other alternatives available.

7. The prize is strictly not transferrable.
8. The winner will be drawn independently and at random. The draw will take place at the offices of the Promoter on the 02/11/2010.

9. The winner will be notified within 7 days. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then he will be entitled to dispose of the prize as he thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

10. The winner's name and county can be obtained, by sending a SAE to: PRIZE DRAW WINNER, Classico Productions, Beech Barn 2, Blackbirds Farm, Blackbirds Lane, Aldenham, Hertfordshire WD25 8BS after 11/11/10 but no later than 31/11/10.

11. It is a condition of entry that the winner's name will be used for promotional purposes which will include editorial and a picture in the Jewish News newspaper.

12. Any material created as part of the above Promotion shall be owned by the Promoter and the Jewish News & Media Group Ltd (JNMG). The Promoter & JNMG shall have the rights to use such material.

13. Unless you have otherwise requested, Classico will not use the data provided for any other marketing correspondence. Classico will not pass your details on to any agencies or third parties.

14. Entry into the draw is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and that entrants agree to abide by these rules. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified. The decision of the Promoter is final.

15.By entering the free prize draw you agree to receive promotional material from JNMG and any of its subsidiary companies and from time to time carefully selected 3rd parties. All emails you receive will include an unsubscribe facility which will enable you to unsubscribe from future emails.
